Jmo, John Morelos, is a global citizen. He was born in the Philippines, raised in Thailand, and refined in America. Prior to joining the MSA family, Jmo developed his craft in teaching and building rapport with students from diverse backgrounds in Taiwan for three years teaching at an international school.
While in Taiwan, Jmo had the opportunity to lead Design Thinking workshops, coach girls varsity basketball, be the advising teacher for yearbook, and start an informal mentoring program that focused on the well being of his current and past students.
He is a graduate of Crown College where he received his bachelor’s degree in Social Studies Education and held the presidential position in Mu Kappa, a support group for international students, for three years.
He enjoys traveling, photography, being active, and chocolate chip cookies, but most of all, he takes great pleasure in meeting and building deep relationships with people.
